Responsibilities include:

• Operating machine serging equipment for custom rugs and stair runners
• Maintaining consistent stitch quality and edge finishing
• Assisting with rug fabrication and production workflow
• Inspecting finished pieces for quality control
• Preparing rugs for installation or delivery
• Supporting general shop operations as needed
• Safely lifting and moving rugs weighing between 50–75 lbs

Compensation
