User Data Deletion Instructions
Authenticity respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have connected your Facebook/Meta account to our site and wish to have your data removed, or if you want to completely delete your account and associated personal information from our store, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Send an email to effervescent_af@proton.me from the email address associated with your account. Step 2: Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]". Step 3: In the body of the email, please explicitly state that you want your account and all associated Meta App data deleted.
Once we receive your request, our team will process the complete deletion of your personal data within 3-5 business days and send you a confirmation email once the process is entirely complete.
Removing App Access from Facebook: You can also remove our app's access directly from your Facebook account settings:
Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy.
Click on Settings.
Scroll down to "Apps and Websites".
Find "Authenticity" in the list, click "Remove", and confirm.
