Experience with hand serging is strongly preferred. We are also open to training the right candidate on machine serging equipment if they demonstrate strong hands-on ability during the interview process.

• Operating or learning machine serging equipment
• Assisting with rug fabrication and finishing
• Maintaining clean, consistent stitching quality
• Supporting production and workflow efficiency
