We want you to feel confident and excited about your new flooring. Because wood is a natural product made in unique batches, we’re not able to accept returns once an order has been placed or delivered. Installed or partially installed flooring also can’t be returned.
When your flooring arrives, please take a moment to look everything over. If you notice any issues or concerns, just let us know within 48 hours and we’ll be happy to help with a prompt replacement for any manufacturing defects.
