In-Stock Rugs
Our in-stock rugs are ready to ship and typically leave our facility within 24 hours of your order being placed (business days). Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment, and tracking details are provided once your rug is on its way.
Upon delivery, please inspect your rug within 3 days of receipt.
- If the rug arrives undamaged and in original condition, a return may be requested within this 3-day assurance window.
- Rugs must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the rug is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
